

FUN FIT BOOTCAMP
Functional Fitness is much like doing HIIT sessions or Bootcamp. We incorporate fascial activation and breathing principles to the sessions, we get the heart pumping and the blood flowing whilst having fun with different exercises from body weight to battle ropes, suspension trainers, steps, resistance bands and more.

These sessions can be done for teens, adults and the active elderly.
We do anything from circuit sessions, to strength sessions and somewhere in between some jogging.
Sessions can last for 30-60min depending on the days program.
We mostly use a timer with 50seconds for exercise and 10seconds for rest and each person do as many reps as they can in a set. So if your are fit or not, you do what only you can do. The harder you push, the more you get done.
