We all have a pre-disposition on health concerns when we get older, but that doesn't have to ba the case. You don't have to feel old when you hit 50. You don't have to stay feeling old when you get older. If you can look after yourself from an early age, you will not only look younger but also live the life of a young person when you hit the 60's and even 80's.
With healthy habits, positive mindsets and exercise, you can reverse old age symptoms or prevent it from happening.

Chronic low grade inflammation is the most common cause of today's health issues and it's caused by what we eat, stress and anxiety and not moving our bodies enough. Each person is different and we can create an individualised plan for you.

Evaluate
We do a complete lifestyle evaluation, from personal preferences and goals to blood pressure, body fat% and muscle mass, and your willingness to make changes. We also look at your ability to exercise and move, your complete nutrition back ground, water consumption etc.
This takes about 90-120min.

Personalised plan
You will get your personal blueprint based on your evaluation results, personal preferences and goals and your willingness to change.
You are put together in your unique way, you think and feel differently and you are able to make the changes you need to your personal goals. No one else's.
You get a plan to start with and you can decide if you are joining a group, doing personal training sessions or will be able to follow a plan by yourself.

Follow-ups
We re-evaluate the plan in the beginning weekly to track your progress, make small adjustments to your plan and keep you motivated.
Check-ins can be done during exercise session or per appointment. We only re-measure every 4th week to track your body's progress. After 6-12 weeks we can change check-ins to bi-weekly or even monthly depending on the individual. Small changes is made to help you achieve your goals and stay motivated to change.
